Overview
UltraULD's database stores a vast array of information enabling the efficient future deployment of ULDs. This information is constructed from messages and manually input data.
Information stored includes:
- ULD Inventory
- Stock levels (relating to defined low/high levels)
- ULD history trace
- Missing ULDs
- ULDs on loan
- Damaged ULDs
- Flight information
- Movement information
ULD data is transferable within the database in response to IATA messages received via sitatext or e-mail; any messages that cannot be processed are sent to a queue for manual correction, for example if they contain an unrecognised flight or ULD, or if the ULD is not in the expected location.
The user can then look at different views of the database, via an easy to use graphical interface and make manual adjustments as required.
