For customers that already have an internal IT team, Ultra offers an application only support option for Ultra products, and acts as an extension to the internal support organisation; integrating support processes and tools to ensure a seamless service is provided.

We can then offer a number of further options, from 24x7 support to the complete managed service, that can be tailored to suit individual client needs.
