Ultra Electronics Airport Systems strongly believes that comprehensive professional training plays a vital role in the successful delivery of any system. More importantly, training should be in a format that users understand.
Our training team has over 20 years experience of working in various areas of the aviation industry of which, over 15 years has been dedicated to training. Coming from an airport operational environment, the Ultra trainers understand the role of users and guide them to the most effective way of operating our systems.
Training is customised to match exactly the system being provided by Ultra. Each training course is designed around realistic operational scenarios that enable course attendees to understand how to put the knowledge they gain into practice. Ultra has a proven track record in training, from training those attendees with minimum previous computer experience to training expert users who in turn will train others.
Course attendees are provided with comprehensive training aids and user manuals to assist them during the courses and also after the training is complete.
In addition to standard courses Ultra also offers customised training tailored to customer needs, refresher training, multi-phased training and optional computer based training programs. The language needs of the customer can be met using professional interpreters if training in a language other than English is necessary.
