UltraLDCS can be provided as hosting and managed service options.

UltraLDCS is an automated airport check-in system, enabling rapid passenger processing, effective passenger service and secure flight reconciliation.

The system can itself be used as a common-use passenger processing system, allowing access to all airline specific data to be controlled by user sign in e.g. flights, destinations, baggage allowances, aircraft seat plans, excess baggage rates, standby priorities and sending of IATA compliant post departure message requirements.

UltraLDCS can also be supplied with a self-service check-in and baggage drop-off application. The self-service application can be easily "skinned" to provide each airline with their own look and feel, even in cases where UltraLDCS is hosting multiple airlines.

UltraLDCS can also be provided with a weight & balance application. The application is designed to maximise productivity through ease of use for dispatchers and to enhance visibility for the operators in weight & balance calculations and loadsheet compilation. Turn around times can be met or reduced with prior planning.

The system allows for loading scenarios to be quickly and easily tried and tested against set asymmetric load limitations.

Adjustments can be made to the loading scenarios including changes in non–standard fuel distribution and changes in the specific gravity of the fuel. This in turn allows payload to be maximised before the aircraft is on station.

If the aircraft is not in balance, causes will be highlighted and a loadsheet cannot be produced until the system has checked and cleared all inputs against the stored engineering data.
